Knitted in Scotland, the Shetland wool is double-brushed to soften the fibres further, while plumping and adding character. Our fit, as always, takes into consideration what we think to be the perfect proportions. Working from an archival pattern, the waistband has been elongated and tightened, hugging the waist and allowing the body to blouse naturally. The collar sits slightly higher, distinguishing the pattern and adding a neatness around the neck, under which a shirt collar subtly appears, or neckerchief adds an element of flair.
Sitting perfectly between our other knitwear offerings, the Shaggy Shetland is a welcome addition to our collection bringing an element of 'Ivy' Americana to the winter line-up.
